- The review process is conducted in accordance with established procedures to ensure academic satisfaction and reliability.
- Reviews are conducted by experts affiliated with universities, research institutions, and industry.
- This policy serves as a fundamental guideline for continuous use; however, details regarding the review process may be subject to changes in each year's ADADA International Conference. Please refer to the respective year’s official conference website for updated information.
- Review Process
- Submitted papers undergo a single-blind review process conducted by experts.
- The review evaluates the academic significance, originality, and practical relevance of the paper, ensuring fairness throughout the process.
- Review outcomes are categorized as either accepted or rejected. However, for special submission categories such as the Journal Track, which collaborates with journals, conditional acceptance may also be an outcome.
- Reviewers must provide detailed feedback and assessments on their evaluations.
- If a revised submission is required, reviewers must clearly specify the necessary improvements.
- Ethical Guidelines
- Reviewers must not engage in reviews that promote personal interests or provide feedback that unfairly impacts the authors.
- Reviewers must not use any information from submitted papers for purposes other than the review process.
- If any misconduct is identified during the review, reviewers are required to report it to the organizing committee without involvement.
- Miscellaneous
- Any matters not specified in this policy shall be determined by the ADADA International Conference Organizing Committee.
