ADADA+CUMULUS 2025

23rd International Conference of Asia Digital Art and Design Association
December 1 2025 to December 3 2025
Tokyo Metropolitan University, Tokyo, Japan
This international conference will be held in collaboration with Cumulus, with which we have a partnership.

Introduction

For the first time in 11 years, ADADA will be held in Tokyo!

The ADADA Conference will return in 2025 at Tokyo Metropolitan University in Tokyo, Japan. We eagerly look forward to your submissions and participation in this vibrant event.

The International Conference on Asia Digital Art and Design is a major conference that has been held for over 20 years, focusing on art and design with digital technologies. The conference brings together researchers, designers, artists, and students to present novel works, exchange innovative ideas, and discuss the future of digital art and design in Asia.

We invite authors to submit original, unpublished research papers, art papers, demos, posters, and works in progress on topics related to art and design with digital technologies.

Accepted papers in the Journal Track will be published in the ADADA Journal. Don’t miss this opportunity to have your work included in a Scopus-indexed journal. Papers presented in the Conference Track will be published on J-Stage as part of the Proceedings of the International Conference on Asia Digital Art and Design (ISSN: 2760-0599).

This year, a special Music section has been established, and accepted papers will be offered a chance to be performed on-site. This is the first time ADADA is calling for papers specifically focused on music. Don’t miss this unique opportunity.

We are also pleased to announce that the conference will be held in conjunction with Cumulus, the International Association of Universities and Colleges of Art, Design and Media. This collaboration will provide an even more diverse and enriching experience for all participants.

We are looking forward to welcoming you to Tokyo in 2025!
